Two main things were a huge let down. First, the overall effect. I am into nipple play and these do virtually nothing. Maybe if my nipples just got a serious workout and are sore to the touch, these might have some impact. Second, they do not stay on without some type of adhesive. That is a big problem if my partner wants to alternate between him and something else. I would think this might be a good purchase for the girl who just likes a little bit of something something for her breasts, but not for the scrappy gal!
